Shipping

When can I expect my order to ship out?

It takes 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship out. We are a small team and we appreciate your patience!

Where does Cotton Collective ship? 

We currently only ship within Canada and the United States (only the 48 Continental States). 

What shipping methods do you use and how long will it take to arrive?

We ship via Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post is experiencing delays due to COVID-19, but your order should typically arrive within 2-6 business days.

How can I track my package?

You will get a confirmation email once you place your order that will provide you with the tracking information from Canada Post. 

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

All items are made-to-order and are final sale, unless there is an issue with the item you receive. Returns, exchanges, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

 

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact shopcottoncollective@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage on the item you received. We’ll make it right from there!
